One of the reasons for making the trip all the way to
Tuvalu is to enjoy once again, for some perhaps for the
last time, the taste of the Tuvalu delicacies, from
Coconut crabs (pictured above), raw maiava (fish),
fekei uytanu etc.

Ane, Tapuaniu, Teleke family

Tuvalu is the home of this clan (from the Island of Funafuti). Tuvalu is a low
lying Island in the Pacific, currently under threat from the rising sea water
effect. The Family traces their origins to Telematua, among the first
inhabitants on Funafuti, believed to have come from Samoa. Many are
scattered in many Countries outside of Tuvalu, possibly more than those still
in Tuvalu.
This website provides a good opportunity for clan members around the globe
to get in touch, see photos, learn of the whereabouts of relatives and if keen
enough learn their roots with the Family Tree provided. Tuvalu is surely
portrayed in many ways through this website, stories, photos and so forth.
Visitors are most welcome to browse, even sending a feedback, question,
comment, etc would be appreciated. God Bless.
